The Diploma in Cybersecurity with AI develops the knowledge and practical skills required to identify, analyse, and respond to cybersecurity threats in modern digital environments. The programme integrates core cybersecurity disciplines — including networking, operating systems, ethical hacking, security operations, and cloud security — with foundational artificial intelligence concepts and their application in contemporary security practice.
Students are introduced to both the theoretical underpinnings of cybersecurity and the operational competencies required in real-world security roles. The curriculum is designed to develop critical thinking alongside technical proficiency — students learn how to assess vulnerabilities, implement security controls, investigate incidents, and communicate security findings effectively. The programme also develops professional awareness of governance, risk, and compliance responsibilities that underpin effective security practice in organisational contexts.
By the end of the Diploma, graduates will be equipped to pursue entry level and junior roles across cybersecurity operations, IT security, and AI-assisted security functions, with a clear pathway to advanced study and professional certification.
