About SSTC Institute Chairman
Since 1999, Mr. Kuang ZengZhong (Kang Zheng), Chairman of the China International Education Group (CIEG), has pursued his dream in vocational education for 22 years. He is the proponent of the educational philosophy “Start Here, Embrace the World.” His global efforts have paved the way for Sino-Foreign Colleges to connect internationally. In 2013, he founded the Chinese Language College, dedicating himself to the mission of planting the flag of Chinese language education worldwide.
He has focused on higher education, secondary education, primary and secondary schools, preschool education, Chinese language education, and comprehensive health education, continuously integrating high-quality resources from Greater China and overseas. Gradually, he has established an international vocational education system, creating the “Sino-Foreign Education” brand. During his expeditions to Mount Vinson in Antarctica and the North Pole (N90), he composed the verse, “The world may have its limits, but the spirit of Sino-Foreign Education knows no bounds.” This verse was not only included in the “Song of Sino-Foreign People” but also perfectly expressed the relentless and pioneering spirit of an educational founder, undaunted by hardships and always striving for greater heights.
As 2024 drew to a close, Mr. Kuang broadened the arc of his long-range ambition through the strategic acquisition of SSTC, a move designed to catalyze cross-border education endeavors. The following year ushered in a decisive milestone: a newly constituted team took root in Singapore, inaugurating a fresh phase in CIEG’s global progression. At present, he presides as Chairman of the SSTC Institute and its Board of Directors, stewarding the institution with a steady hand and an outward-looking mandate.
In 1986, Mr. Kuang ZengZhong graduated from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics and engaged in teaching accounting.
In 1994, ventured into business and founded Guangdong Weicheng Economic Development Co., Ltd., serving as Chairman.
In 1997, upon Hong Kong’s return, established Hong Kong Weicheng Company.
In 1999, obtained a postgraduate degree in Economic Management from Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences and acquired the title of Certified Tax Agent.
In 1999, founded Guangzhou Weicheng Technology and Vocational College.
In 2004, established Guangzhou International Economics College and served as Chairman.
In 2012, registered China International Education Group in Hong Kong and assumed the role of Chairman.
In 2021, the Board of Directors of China International Education Group was officially upgraded to the Board of Governors, with Kuang ZengZhong serving as Chairman of the Board.
