The aims of the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4) are:
• to introduce leaners to business organisation within a political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal context
• to develop an understanding of the roles of accounting in business and the principles of individual and team management within an ethical framework
• to develop an understanding of how management accounting information is used for performance planning, financial control and decision making, the design of accounting systems and preparation of management reports
• to develop an understanding of the preparation of accounting information and external financial reports for regulatory and decision-making purposes
• to develop competence in professional skills, such as: complying with legal requirements, developing professional values, improving personal effectiveness, and behaving ethically at work.
Full Time
8 months/28 Weeks at 15 Contact Hours/Week (420 Contact Hours)
Lessons are conducted from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm from Monday – Friday and will cover all the four language skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing.

Externally assessed via Computer-Based Examination by ACCA Global
• AGE: at least 16 years old on course commencement
• ACADEMIC:
• Completed 12 years of formal education OR 1 GCE A Level PASS grade OR equivalent
• ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: Learners who are non-native English speakers AND who have not carried out their final two years of schooling in English must demonstrate an English proficiency equivalent to a PASS in English Language subject at Year 10/GCE O Level/GCSE or Level B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages or PTE Academic 51 or IELTS 5.5 (reading and writing must be at 5.5) or equivalent.
• Appropriately experienced candidates who do not fully meet the above requirements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Student Pass holders are required to maintain an attendance of 90% and above to meet the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) requirements. All students need to attend at least 75% of classes to be eligible for a Certificate of Attendance.

• Foundations in Professionalism*
To obtain the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4), learners must achieve at least 50% in both of the examinations and the Foundations in Professionalism* module.
The Foundations in Professionalism* module is assessed online directly by ACCA. Once registered with ACCA, learners can access this module through the Online Portal (myACCA).
