SSTC Institute has stringent requirements for the selection and hiring of academic staff. All teachers must have qualifications relevant to the subject areas they teach and must be higher in level to the level that they are expected to teach.

In addition, SSTC Institute’s teachers must have at least 2 years of teaching experience. Many of our teachers have more than 10 years of teaching experience.

For English language teachers, in addition to their basic degrees, they must also have a specialist teaching diploma and a neutral speaking accent.

Teachers are regularly sent for upgrading and training to keep them abreast of the latest trends and techniques in education.
